Disgusting service ever.

On Friday I went to cash converters key went to buy a tv. The sales lady told me the tv is still new I saw the remote like old and I asked her where can I buy the new remote the told me I can go to cash crusaders or other Chinese chop in Krugersdorp guess what, when I got home the remote control wasn't working, the next day I went to Westgate different shops, horison view different shops, princess crossing different shops nothing then I called them and the Bubhu told me I can come and get another remote control, . I had to drive there before they close when I got there she never came out at least to apologize they called her without coming out then the cashier when to the back came back with the remote, when I got home after buy about 3 different brands of batteries remote wasn't working also. On Sunday I went to give them their tv back and give me my money. Guess what happened she never came out again I was given back my money without caring about running around looking for remote control using my petrol, my time and the stress I had no one cared.
