disgusting service

I spent R250 hard earned money at Cash Converters Key West Krugersdorp to buy a brand new flood light in December last year I tried to fit it in April this year only to find that its not working I took it back they told me they can only exchange it for me I had no problem with that today the electrician tried to fit it again not working as before I returned it to my surprise they sent a general worker to tell me not their problem no exchange or refund the shop assistant was so happy for he has to keep that brand new light still in original box and plastic to show that it never worked before.

My heart is so painful because I buy most of my stuff there especially fishing equipment it was first time buying electronics it would have been better if they had sent someone from management to come explain what I did wrong to deserve this unlike sending a shelf parker
