Disgusting Customer Service

I took my brand new tv to get funds for a family members funeral that didn’t have a funeral plan the contract ended on the 9th I called to advise that I was in hospital with no means of making the payment on time as I was in hospital I was told off and told that the doctor must discharge me so I can make the payment. I was okay to pay that extra amount as I knew it was going to be a late payment. I am disgusted that they failed to assist me as I never intended to sell my brand new tv so now I will lose that tv based on the fact I am in hospital that is so messed up.
