Disgust

I went to Cash Converters in Hillcrest yesterday and got the most disgusting despicable service I ever had in my life from the manager there named Jacques !!! There were 2 buyers there giving me TWO different quotes for my things so when I called him in to help me, he treated me like absolute garbage and like a child IN FRONT of my my kids !!!!! There was also another lady there at the counter having similar issues and she was not getting treated like a customer should be treated either, and when she left Jacques spoke badly about her behind her back to his staff there. I could not believe what was going on and eventually I grabbed my stuff and walked out before I LOST MY TEMPER !!!!!

I warn EVERYONE out there to never ever deal with these people as they know NOTHING about customer service and will make you feel small and insignificant along with your goods !!!!

Jacques should be fired from that store along with his buyers as they gang up on customers and this should be STOPPED !!!!!!
