Disappointing service!!!
I app**** for a payday loan and the Anderson branch in 2020 and was approved, i recently went to the Kensington branch to reapply and was told I can't be assisted because I am a commission earner, I don't understand why they couldn't assist me because I already have a file with them and was previously approved with the same details .they then said the person that assisted me no longer works for them hence they cant help. which got me questioning was my loan approved by the person or the company. this is extremely disappointing and *********
