Disappointing Service !!!!

I want to explore on this platform how disappointed I am in cash converters in promenade ...I have sent two emails on Tuesday 29/07/25 ...wanting to enquire of a loan application I've sent with my documents .

I believe the assistant in the buy shop said the Admin lady's name is Megan who will respond via email if I've sent my documents through as I work during the week to come into the branch .

So thinking ahead and conducting the email.For the admin lady to do confirmation of employment in the meantime no has reverted back to me ...my emails has not been eacknowledged and I must say the lack of professionalism at that Branch with all the staff is mind blowing.

Assistants speaking about their personal lives and using vowel languages while busing with clients in store.

Is shocking.I come from retail and know what customer service is.

I've checked my emails again this morning still no response from Cash converters in promenade!!!
