Disappointed customer

On Thursday 25th July 2024 my grandmother and I passed by Cash Converters in Horizon View, we noticed a fridge thinking it was for sale only for my grandmother to be told that she shouldn't touch the fridge as it's a customer's. There was no indication on the fridge that it was a customers as it was placed by the section where goods are being handed in for sale, they abruptly and rudely told my grandmother to close the fridge as its a customers and she cant touch it. After we did our shopping we returned and requested one of the sales people to place a sticker on the fridge to say it's reserved, which the Indian lady(claims to be manager) that works there says that she owns the shop in a rude way which in turn all the female staff members started laughing(which was very rude) I find it really rude and appalling that they can treat customers that way. The past few years before that Indian lady started working there the customer service was amazing but has decreased since she started working there. She has no way of speaking to customers and has no work ethic. I find it really disheartening as a customer that used to support Cash Converters. The customer traffic is not efficient since she started working there.
