Defaulted wrongly on credit bureau

Hi we had a payday loan with Cash Converters back in 2019. The loan was fully paid up at the end of October 2019. But when I checked my credit profile in 2022 it still showed that I owed them. I immediately contacted them and forwarded them the paid up letter from DCM. What they then went and did was put a default on my credit profile. Im extremely un happy about this. This is not fare. My credit score went down with 33 points. I need you people to sort this ou***** not my fault that you never checked and updated my credit profile. The one time that you did. You go and do moerse damage. Please sort this out. It's urgent.😡😡🤬
