Deceptive marketing and failure to supply goods as agreed.

Bought and paid for a DJI Pocket 3 advertised with a 128GB SD Card. Arranged delivery and upon opening it, I noticed the SD Card wasn't included.

I contacted the salesperson and informed him. He got back to me and told me the manager won't release the SD Card as it has the previous owners information on it.

Sent an email to the store and the manager repeated the same excuse.

Buy from this store with extreme caution. Only pay once you've confirmed what's included and have it in your possession.

They lack business ethics and have no moral compass.

Cash Converters customer service doesn't care and simply tells me to escalate the matter with Consumer goods and Services Ombud
