Deceiving Customers

I pawned a laptop at Abour Crossing Cash Conveters. The beginning of the month I spoke to Maxime and told her that I have financial difficulties but will be coming for my laptop, she advised me that I need to notify the if there is any changes and I should make sure I pay before the 13th,The day before the expiration date, I spoke to Senzo at the Branch, who offerd me a 10 day extension period and said only R 70+ will be added to the interest and I can collect within 10 days. To my suprise, when I went to collect they are saying that my goods has been sold. Maxime, very rude says that they did me a favour by extending the contract, so why am I complaining.

Im trying to understand, why are they trying to ***** me? Why are they deceiving me? Why did they offer me an extension knowing that they are planning to ***** from me? All Im saying is that I want my goods back as per our agreement. I cannot loose my goods because an employee decided to take my goods for themselves.
