Day light *******

Good day

On the 14th of October 2022 I came to the shop to sell my couch and 2 side pedestals. I was assisted by Keegan and he initially offered me R500 for the couch and R200 for the pedestals. I asked him to at least make it R1500 or R1200 for all 3 items. He said he needs to speak with the manager after 10 minutes he came back and offered me R600 for the couch and R300 for the pedestals. I asked him if I can speak with manager and he said she is upstairs. I went to the buyers desk and spoke to Monique.

I presumed that she is the manager and I asked her to give me an offer on my items. She initially said R850 then we finally agreed that the shop will give me R900 for all my items. She told keegan to send it to the group then 30 minutes later Kegaan told me he will only give me R550 for all 3items. I was very disappointed and angry at the same time i took the money as i already had to pay for transport which was R450.

I want to know why Keegan and Monique promised me R900 then later changed to R550.

Another complain happened in May 2022 Keegan was assisting me to loan cash on my tv he asked me for money in order to increase the price he was offering me.

He did not allow me to sign contract before i gave him R100 i had to go to atm then come back and give him R100 which i am sure is not what he must do.

I am disappointed angry and very upset due to what Keegan and Monique did to me they promised but failed to deliver they did a day light roberry because i was desperate and needed financial aid ASAP.

Please i hope this will be attended to and resolved.
