Damaged TV

Cash Converters SA thanks for returning my TV back to me completely damaged. Thanks so much! Thanks for denying me THE RIGHT to make use of my consumer rights by denying me access to CCTV footage of you accepting a TV in working condition, definitely damaging it by leaning it against a cupboard - by the way, your staff were so kind as to ensure that they didn’t putting the feet on it, then covering it up in bubble wrap. Upon collection, your staff are so useful by ensuring that they don’t test the product to see if it works, apparently the customer is supposed to carry a battery of some sort around to power up a TV and ensure that when leaving the premises that the product is in working condition - just saying I didn’t know this and I would think this is YOUR responsibility to ensure we receive working goods. Your staff are rude and HAVE NEVER EVER tested products when we buy them back, now, somehow because my TV got damaged in your possession, I must be held liable?
