Damaged Goods

Hi. After numerous phonecalls, emails etc. Still no feedback. We pawned our Samsung TV at Cash Converters Kempton Park. We went back to collect it, it was wrapped in bubble wrap and we thougt its all fine. As we got home we saw that the whole screen was broken. We called them imediately, but they were very rude and said that we were surposed to check it before we left the shop. We did check it but there were no damage to be seen, but when we switched it on there was a stripe trough the screen and no picture. I am really so disapointed, as we paid allot of money for this TV and we can not afford another one. Can you PLEASE help us?????
