customer service is pathetic at cash converters game city
very bad service cash converters game city
i was there yesterday to pay off my debt, i asked the manager to assist me with a settlement letter and right up until now he hasn't assisted, i kept being promised a call back and still have not been contacted, i went to the store today and was told he is in a meeting. still noting, i have emailed the headoffice and got no response.
this is ridiculous
