Customer Converted

It took me a while to write this as I wasn’t sure my words will give justice to the wonderful service I received.

I bought a display fridge at Cash Converters Ferndale about a month ago, I called the store and enquired about purchasing a display fridge and the lady who answered said she’ll send bank details so I can make the payment and collect it once the money clears in their account.

I sent someone to collect the fridge and mistakenly sent them to a wrong shop, he called the store where I bought the fridge and they gave him the correct directions. We received the fridge, but there was an issue with the fridge, I called to report this and spoke to a lady called Martha who said they’ll send a technician out to come check the fridge.

The technician never came but it was a long weekend and most people were off, not wanting to make this my problem, Martha asked that I get a fridge technician to check the fridge of which I did, I have them the report. She advised that it’s better if the technician fixes the fridge and they’ll pay for it so that I am not inconvenienced in any way.

I kept following up via email and phone calls to give feedback, and having been previously exposed to bad service like most people, I was reluctant that my issue was going to be made a priority.

To cut the long story short my fridge was sorted and there was no payment issues.

Thank you to Martha and the lady (I forgot her name) who was very patient with me over the phone, it’s very rare to find such customer service. I appreciate it.
