****** business I got my self blender to do my shakes on 05/04/2021 and my shakes arrived on 16/04/2021 when I use the blend is linking I took it back on Sunday 18/04/2021 the manager of the shop now is saying I cant take it back they will fix the link meaning they will put Glue I said I have 6 month to return the goods if there is faulty they said no they don't do that , behind the slip I took a picture they refuse to return my cash I said I will take something with the same amount they refuse they where very rude like it was my fault the owner give me a call say they will buy it from me with the amount of R499.00 they self broken things and they sell it to the customer to gain more money I board the blender for amount of R750.00 I want my money back this people don't have customer skills this shop must close at unit 196 balfour mall shopping center Athol highlands north Gauteng 2037

this is the 3 days of business and my money is not return and no respond I have received from the cashiers team is this how they run the business I am not happy and very disappointed for the big business to tried the customer in this way it shows when we support local business this is what we get it shows me that they have no respect of customers they only see us as numbers we bring money they give us bad service how can u support them when they don't deliver . as mad as I am I wanted to say words out of my mouth , bring back my money .

it has been days no communication you **** that I will get contacted it look like you don't want to bring my money back I will take this to ombudsman as now you refusing with my money I got the webside www.ombud.co.za. i think you have to deal with them as you have not treated me bad but gave me hope that is not there i want my money and feed back today
