My wife was at the Richard's bay branch looking at a ring they had for sale.

Assuring her it was real white gold with real stones. They have the certificate to proof it but can't give it to her. Supposedly store policy.

She ends up buying the ring for R2500 and what do you know. Two weeks later the plated white gold comes off. When she goes to question them they response is they never said it's real gold and that it was plated white gold and that they do not do refunds on jewelry.

Who in their mind spends R2400 on secondhand plated jewelry.

Terrible and dishonest business practices.
