I pawned in my brand new laptop to cash converters Greenstone. It arrived there with no scratches and no problems but now the front cover of my laptop has multiple scratches and the machine refuses to go on. This was tested on arrival and was a brand new laptop when brought here. Now the staff want to tell me they did nothing to it but how does it suddenly have scratches and refuses to go on. I’m typing this as I stand in store while they fail to give an explanation or reason as to why.

Totally unreliable and totally unprofessional. This is a total ****. I met my end of the bargain by paying the amount and now my laptop doesn’t work and has multiple surface scratches. They keep asking me how they could be responsible but it has been sitting with them for the last month. Totally unacceptable
