COULDN'T GIVE ME MY GOODS

I sold my iPod to Cash Converters at the Hypermarket in Brackenfell on the \buy back"option. I saw the iPod being wrapped together with other items I had. When I wanted to collect my things on Sunday 18/10/2015 the iPod was not with the rest of my things and the shop assistant was unable to tell me where it is. When he asked another assistant this person actually explained to him what my iPod looks like and he started looking in the cupboards where they keep the stationary etc.....why have my iPod been removed from my other items"
