Con artist

<p>In march 2016 I went to cash converters to apply for a loan where I was granted one month loan and a 3 month loan....... from my understanding they were suppose to deduct both the loans end of march which they did however I forgot about that and accidentally disputed on of the loans which was the 3 month loan by mistake..... The following months I didn't realise that they were not deducted due to my sms updates being R 1000. I only realised that nothing was being deducted from my account when they called me to tell me that one of the loans had been handed over and the other one would be handed over month end if I don't make payment arrangements. When I asked them how was this possible I was told by the service consult that no payment arrangement was made for the loans. When I asked what happened to the payment that went through in march I was told by their consultant that I should bring proof of payment coz the don't keep records.... So what I hate the most is that if they had made it a point to inform me that they will no longer be deducting from my account I would have made payment arrangements with them. Because the have ruined my credit score</p>
