Complaint
Hi I have an Item on contract held by Cash converters Mall @ Reds Centurion expiring today on the 15 March 2020. I called the store to ask for a 10 days extention which they normally do grant the extension but only to be told that they no longer give 10 days extentions. I find it unfair because I was given the extension in February this year they should have at least gave a notification to help me as their customer to make plans in time. It's my pay day in 10 days the extension will really help now.

16 Mar 2020, 17:27Thank you very much. The Store at Mall @ Reds did reach out to me and explained the changes that took place regarding the cancellation of the 10 days extensions. I understood and the matter was resolved. I have been a customer for over a year with this particular store and they have never disappoint. I will continue using their services and recommend them all the time.
