CashConverters Stoneridge is a ****

This store (Stoneridge Branch) has now embarked on a ******** mechanism to rob people of their goods, my gf was only 3 working days late to collect her MacBook. They had already sold it when she arrived. Apparently sold for R5000 after giving it as collateral for a loan of only R2500. I remember a year ago they used to have 15 days grace period clause on their contract but now they removed it because they just found a way to capitalize on people's mistakes. They have become a "Mashonisa " business.

We lodged a complaint with their national customer service but they referred the matter back to the store, they never contacted us and now the customer service closed the complaint ticket. So much for caring about clients.
