Cash crusaders Mall@Reds 6 months guarantee is a lie

On the 27th of January I bought a hard drive from this fly by night store and the item I bought Was never tested properly and I tried to load movies on it only to discover it was not working properly. Went back to the store to return it after 2 days and I was told by the franchise owner that there is a no return policy on hard drives as a buyer could have damaged it and their policy is not to take it back.

When I got to the store the store manager wanted to give me my money back but the store owner came out of her office and said she does not have a guarantee on these type of products.

This business is not practicing a proper way of conduct as the law say there is a 7days (buyers return policy which should be adhered to by all retailers)

I contacted the head office to get assistance and still to date it is 10days after my email to them and they have not contacted me to try and resolve the problem.

#cashCrusaders failed me and don’t deserve to be support and all the other companies in the second hand business have a minimum 3months guarantee for the same product and they know they sell faulty items I will never buy anything else from this business no matter how much it is.
