Cash Convertors Pathetic Service and Arrogant team

Cash Convertors Hillfox

I purchased a Huawei GT2e watch on the 10th August 2022.

According to Hauwei the GT2e is 50m water resistance meaning that I can swim in the pool or ocean and cannot scuba dive with the watch.

Yesterday the 4th of September 2022, not even a month after purchasing the watch, I swam with the watch.

The glass of the watch opened and water went into the watch and damaged it.

Today the 5th of September 2022 I went to Cash Convertors at Hillfox with the watch.

I told them I swam with the watch and it opened up and the water damaged the watch.

They said they cannot help me as their gaurentee does not cover watches.

I told them when I bought the watch I 2as told I have 180days gaurantee on the watch, which is indicated on the receipt.

They refuse to assist in any way shape or form.

I told them that Hauwei states that I can swim with the watch and they told me I must take it up with Hauwei.

I told them how can I take it up with Hauwei when I purchased the watch from Cash Convertors.

They were not of any help. They basically told me it is not their fault and they won't cover the watch.

It has been the worst service and experience ever experience.

I will not recommend anyone purchasing anything from the Cash Convertors at Hillfox as the people are arrogant, think they know it all and refuse to help.
