Cash Convertors Hillfox - terrible customer service

I had the most terrible customer service at Cash Convertors Hillfox . I'm apallled by the behaviour of the two representatives .Their conduct was completely unprofessional. I went there on a Sunday the 9th of February .The very 1st thing when they saw me ,they complained that its almost knock off time. I had brought in some kitchen appliances to sell and to my surprise they said they don't take kitchen appliances and gave a lame excuse about hygiene just to dismiss me. They were in such a hurry that they didn't even take the one to test my appliances. They advised me to rather take a layaway loan of which I agreed next thing they told me they don't do payday loan applications on a Sunday . I left all my supporting documents to apply and contact details. They promised to contact me on Monday the 10th . I'm still waiting for the call. I wouldn't be surprised if they discarded my documents in the bin. I teied their whatsapp service with no response. This is disappointing!! what's the whole purpose of providing the whatsapp option to sell if no one gets back to you????
