I should have known better because the sales guy to 45 minutes to connect the speakers. When I got home I realized that someone had welded the one wire connector. This had 2 effects. The first is that the hole through which the speaker wire passes was welded shut and the second is that the banana plug cover was melted, could not be removed and consequently speaker plug could not be removed. Furthermore cash convertors claims that all products have 6 months warranty. They did not tell me that this one has 0 days warranty. I only saw it on the invoice now.
