Cash converters working in ******* ways to get more money out of customers

I recently took out a loan at the cash converters in bryanston the one right behind city lodge. Upon the time to receive the cash I was then forced to take up a converters card that costs an extra 70 rand. Just two weeks before I had taken out a loan with the same store that worked with cash and even insisted I pay back my loan in cash. That 70 rand extra was not a cost I had accounted for to make it worse I was told its a take it or leave it situation the manager who is an Indian lady I do not remember her name then **** and said its on the store policy documents on the wall, both my husband and I looked and read and it is not. The only thing that is there is that they have an option for a cashless loan. This was outright ******* the service was beyond rude. I would like something done about that store and further more I would like a refund of the 70 rand as I was literally being forced to take a card I did not want. This is *******. The only reason I took the card was because I actually needed the loan money.
