Cash Converters will ***** your money

I purchased headphones at Cash Converters at Festival Mall in Kempton Park and returned them 2 days later as I was not satisfied with the product. Cash Converters flatly refused to refund me and instead gave me a complaints email address for the head office who intern told me that 6he stores are independently owned and sent me back ro the store. The store further responded by email informing me that the headphones were working 100% to manufacture standards. The sales assistant has expressed that all warrantees was explained, and item was well tested in store before the purchase was completed. The sales consultant mentioned that there was no warranty however this is not the same as telling me that the store does not refund purchases. Further, this is in contravention of the CPA Act. I have returned the headphones and no refund was given. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS AT CASH CONVERTERS. They do not care about customer satisfaction. They will quickly and gladly take your money with no recourse should you complain.
