Good day I have purchased a laptop for 3000 rnd at cash converters Walmer,port Elizabeth,I had the laptop for almost 3 months barely used and when I wanted to use word to type an assignment the middle buttons from A didnt work,when I discovered this I took the laptop back to the store to ask them just to fix the buttons for me please cause there's assignments that I must do and need the laptop urgently,the lady by the desk said Thursday that it won't be a problem,today I get WhatsApp messages from the lady telling me I spilled coffee on the laptop and I must pay 1400 rnd to fix the laptop,the more I tell her I never spilled anything on the laptop the more she says it's customer negligence and she sent me a picture of the inside of the keyboard to tell me they have proof,and I know I never spilled anything on the laptop,for the first time I took a little faith to buy me something with money I saved to buy me a laptop by cash converters and know I get blamed for something I didn't do,how can I wanna spill something on the laptop I will surely be a stupid to do something like that and I'm in need of it ,when I told the lady I'm going to take it further she said go ahead we will help you with the papers my savings down the drain for what ,
