Cash converters Vorna Valley's disappointing treatment

My experience with Cash Converters Vorna Valley in Midrand, South Africa was extremely disappointing. I purchased a laptop from them, but encountered issues with it immediately - the screen remained black for an extended period every time I tried to switch it on. When I attempted to return it for repair, I was met with unavailability of the repair staff and a lack of urgency from the management. Despite spending time and money on transportation for two days, the repairer was unable to fix the issue and I was informed that it would take 21 days to attempt repairs again. When I inquired about compensation for my inconvenience, at least another laptop to use in the meantime since I really needed it, the response from the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I found their attitude and customer service to be inconsiderate and unprofessional. I request compensation for my travel expenses totaling ZAR377.00 and will seek alternative means to fix the laptop, as dealing with Cash Converters Vorna Valley has been unsatisfactory.
