Pawned a gold 9ct ring lost it in pawn and bought it back, I told the merchandiser I can not wait for the ring as they dont keep gold on premises. I gave him my contact number. Went to store to pick up ring, a month later. staff just keep on telling me they will get back to me. A month later, no ring, no repayment. Store own is doing payments for the last month. I have contacted cash converters head office gentleman was very helpful but I am still waiting for my refund . R889 That is owed to me!!! ****ing useless clowns! I would never recommend buying or selling goods from this store
