Cash Converters Vorna Valley

A particular staff member is a *****, Her name is Gloria and she is the so called manager of the store, this is my 2nd unpleasant experience with this *********, poor business practice *****. I am a regular customer of all 3 branches. (Sandridge, Blue hills and Vorna Valley store. Gloria is hurting the business by selling off valuable goods without consulting with the client, I have supported the business for the past 3 years and I will never support Cash converters again due to the stupidity of 1 individual who clearly does not have business ethics. She sells off valuable goods that have only just expired to an external buyer without even notifying the client. She will definitely cause Cash Converters to lose more and more clients by the day as I will do everything in my power to ensure that I give bad publicity to the store cause of one thieving individual. The particular incident I would like to use as reference is: I pawned a ring that was of extreme sentimental value due to being in a bad patch and the ring expired on the 27/07/2019 which was a Saturday, I was away for that weekend and also forgot that is expired on the 27th, I actually thought that the expiry date was the 29/07/2019. I went into the store on Monday morning only to be informed that the ring had already been sold. I tried to resolve the challenge amicably and requested to buy back the ring and was fed lies ever since by Gloria the store manager, I called her several times to buy back the ring only to be told yesterday that the ring was gone, She was extremely unhelpful. Her M/O is too sell of the expensive items to her contact(buyer) not considering the clients long standing relationship with the store. No compromise from her side. She will bring Cash Converters to its demise.
