Cash converters Three Rivers Complaint.
CASH CONVERTORS THREE RIVERS VEREENIGING CUSTOMER COMPLAINT My fiance and i took her Samsung galaxy J3 (2016) model: SM-J320FN in to cash converters three rivers, vereeniging to take a loan on it (to pawn it) on various occupations over the year and one time when we went to collect it it was already set out to be sold on the floor and this was before the expiry date, luckily one of the management guys assisted us and we where able to recover her cellphone before it was sold. From time to time when i take the phone in to pawn they would always only give me R500 loan on it but every time my fiance go's to pawn it they would give her R600 loan but on several occasions when she goes to collect it , the one short black guy would make her feel uncomfortable by making remarks like hell your screen saver pic is ***y or telling her that she is so bueatyfull. Making the transaction very uncomfortable for her. On our last time we took her phone in for a loan and then long before the expiry date i went in to make an arrangement to extend the loan agreement , i did not have my paper with me but i know they can look it up with my ID no. i was told by a young white guy that i can not be helped if i do not have my agreement document with me. ( but previously i was helped with only giving my ID no.). Then on the date of expiry the fiance went to the store to extend the loan agreement and she was told by a black guy that the guy doing the extentions is not available to assist her and she must come back on a different time , which she could not managed to do as she also has a work and and and. Then after that i went in again querying the cellphone and was told by a other black man that they do not do extention, it gets done by head office and the cellphone has been pulled to be sold, i told the guy that he must go and take it off the selling floor i will come back and speak to management. When my fiance and i went in to speak to management they brought the phone and told is that we can buy it back on a better price. Then they gave us a price of R1500 and said cause it is black friday weekend they have already dropped the price from R2100. Bull****. Cause everytime we took a loan on it the buyers will say that they would look for the cheapest one on the internet and can loan 25% of that. Meaning: If i take it in for a loan , i get R500 so on the intenet it would be R2000 brand new
If she take it in for a loan , she get R600 so on the intenet it would be R2400 brand new.
I fail to understand 25% off they cheapest brand new price of R2400 they tell me that it was priced R2100 and lying to me by telling me it's been discounted to R1450. So their way of assisting me due to staff that could not give us an extention due to lots of different stories and being the reason for loosing our phone. Is to let us feel we get discount but actually we are still paying normal selling price and it is almost double the amount that we were supposed to pay. From R806 (loan agreement) to R2100 (apparently floor price) to discount price of R1450. We as customers also has rights CPA and it seems to me that some of the employees of cash converters, three rivers think they can harass , intimidate and treat customers as they please. Well they have just gone to far. Myself as a good customers of this store will no longer tolerate this and i am will to take this mater as far as i can from social media to ombudsman if they do not resolve my complaint. All i want is my fiancé's phone back and due to this miss treatment we got i feel paying to get it back due to staff negligence , ************ and poor service i will not pay 1 cent on it. Please to whom ever this letter go to i expect a call with the solution within 24hr.
