Cash Converters Terrible

I do have an issue with the Three Rivers cash convertors branch in Vereeniging , I bought a washing machine from them in Mar 2018 in working condition , they said that I do have 6 months warrantee on it , Jun 2018 I got home wanted to wash and it did not go on at all , I took it back to them they said that they will send it in , after a few hours a lady called me and she explain to me that the pc board is burned out because there was an power search through my house , I said ok but how is it possible that only 1 item in my house are damaged ? the guy Ettiene who is repairing the washing machine called me I ask him can he identify the issue of cause ? he said no it can be numerous things that cause the issue , I suspect because the PC board are expansive to replaced I have been told that it has been an because of an power search .I went to the branch and had an argument with “ALBERT” the store Manager who was of no help at all. I went on holiday came back after a week I still not had any feedback from the branch , I called the head office and they said that they will send an e-mail to the branch , another store manager phoned me back regarding the mail from head office , he said that he will get back to me or Albert that was 2 weeks back , I did not had any feedback call for them , I called them Wednesday for feedback Allie store manager said I must give him 5 min he will call me back as he need to speak to the owner , never got any feedback , I called again today and spoke to the Albert which was again of no help , they keep on telling me that Ettiene will call me the guy who are repairing the washing machine , he is not even working for cash converters , what do I need to do with him ?? I will appreciate if they can assist or just provide myself with an refund please .
