Cash Converters Springs

Please help urgently

My name is Thoka Imelda and I handed in my camera in Exchange of loan at Cash converters Springs... I then relocated to Limpopo and Before the last date of payment I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages but no reply..

I even tried to call bit no picking until yesterday on the 06 September 2023..I then explained that I need to pay the loan since the form I completed states that we can obtain a bank account from the store to pay...To my suprise..They said no other option except coming to the store..
