I brought my IPhone 14 Promax on the 6th of January 2024 inside a box including a proof of payment as it was still new for a R4000 loan I have been paying my interest on time R810 to be exact every month before the due date today when my partner went to collect my phone they gave him an incorrect phone my worry is where is my phone how did they get it mixed up cash converters in Southgate mall such incompetence's .How do they loose my phone just like that while i have been paying close to R7245 already and today they cannot find my phone . Kagiso the Manager want to force me to take another customer's phone as reimbur*****t of the lost/****** one inside their store that's not even on a box. I was told to wait for .5 hours to do a stock check and they didn't even find it.
