CASH CONVERTERS SOUTH GATE MALL

I took my phone in on 31/1/2025 for a loan, knowing I can trust cash converters, Upon fetching my device on 24/1/2026, i notice there has been an attempt to open my device, there was now a scratch, mind you this phone is very new, the screen protector was also now lifted and the device settings were in the state I didn't leave it. upon calling them today 26/1/2026 to complain about this . I am told there is nothing they can do about this. WOW , JUST WOW. I HOPE THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS EVER THAT DESPERATE to take ANYTHING THERE
