Cash Converters South Gate JBL Quantum 350 Wireless incomplete order

I want to log a complaint againts Cash Converters South Gate i was bought a JBL Quantum 350 Wireless which was Delivered with out a Wireless ****le, which means the headset is use less can not be used Order number *** i was chatting to Tholo Mngune Service desk which advise me he will check if they can locate Wireless ****le which was suppose to come with the Headset Also spoke to Ofentse Moepi which said he was going to call me for a way forward but no luck , if Cash Converters South Gate can not locate the Wireless ****le or then i will need a Refund so i can buy another headset will all the package items i dont mine but i need feedback on this urgently as i need a Headset for working from home
