Cash converters sold me a tablet i cant use, n isn't interested

Bought a tablet from Cash converters Centurion, and dealt with Abraham. I reported within 3 days of purchasing that i couldn't use the tablet because it requests the previous owners Gmail account in order to use it, which nobody knows. Cash converters took my money and gave me a defective phone. N then told me it's not their problem.

I basically bought a tablet i cant use, and was told by Abraham that it is not his problem.
