CASH CONVERTERS SELL FAULTY GOODS

I bought a pressure cooker online from Cash Converters. Being an AMC, I expected it to work. The delivery went smoothly, and the pot was well-packaged. Sadly, it was a lemon. The sealing ring was loose, probably from some other pot and the handle was broken. I immediately took the pot to AMC and they advised me to send it to the factory in Cape Town for repairs. When I contacted cash converters, as was expected they said they tested it and it worked!!! ABSOLUTE LIE. Impossible that it worked with the wrong sealing ring!!! BEWARE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CASH CONVERTERS!!!
