Cash Converters SA - Please close your doors

I bought an item from Cash converters platinum square and received the order on the 25th of March 2024, ons that same day I spoke to the owner of the store regatding the state the item was received in, I told him Inwould like a refund, he eventually rep**** and said that head office will be in touch to process the return and the refund, until today 08/04/2024 I have heard nothing, not a phone call, my messages gets ignored on whatsapp, facebook. I paid R1700 for the item which I can't use. They requested a screenshot of the whatsapp chat and after that nothing. This is unexceptable, poor poor service. Don't know how this business is still up and running in south africa.
