Cash converters Richards Bay

I have been using cash converters for a while with minor dissapointments but nothing worth returning the item for and recently i bought a gas heater and when i got home and tested it ,it didnt work and the gas was at full capacity and then returned it cause im un happy they said they must test it first so i was okay with that naturally but then they tell me they cannot test it within premises meaning only when im not around and cant even verify the test they made ,then they come back to tell me its working so they will not be returning my money in other words i must just blindly pay and hope it works when i get home now i want my money back and they refusing and i no longer want the product cause im unhapppy with the service ,im more than happy opening a consumer case if i dont get my money by tomorrow so be warned.
