Cash converters reneging on low priced item.

Cash converters Brackenfell: Purchased a flashlight( LED LENSER P7.2)advertised a a low price online. Per the picture online it was a sealed package. Few Hours later one of the store clerks phoned me: "after the item was booked out and inspected, the batteries seemed to have leaked and the device was s****ped,(how do you inspect a sealed unit?) and supp**** batteries are installed only after opening the sealed packaging. I assured the clerk I am very fami**** with these flashlights and do not believe his story. I am also not interested in pursuing this matter further, just refund me. He said H.O will contact me with refund arrangements. Fact is the item was priced well below retail and this was a mistake on their side. Mistake was picked up after the payment and order recieved and they are trying to lie their way out of it. not sure if there is a law against reneging after payment received. I suggest avoiding business with this branch.
