Cash Converters/ QuickDraw

Hi I'm writing this with the utmost if frustration due to the bad service I've experienced from Cash converters/ QuickDraw Loans. I took out a loan from them and loan was paid in full but till this day the loan still remains as default on my credit profile. I have spoken to numerous people all I get is a case number but no resolution. Payment was made on 25th of July 2025 and yet till this day 22September 2025 my account still remains in arrears as per Credit Bureaus. Kindly please attend to this matter with the utmost urgency as this has now also has had a negative impact with my employer. I have sent mails with pop as well as paid up letters but no one has been able to assist to date.
