Cash Converters, poor service, no servise!

I bought a new JEBSON computer keyboard from Cash Converters Overport 11 months ago and the letters have worn off of the keys, which means unless you know exactly where every letter is on the keyboard you have to guess where the key you want is. On the receipt it states electrical goods have a 12 month warranty, but the store says they can't change it. Trying to escalate the problem is like trying to communicate with the municipality, it's a futile effort with no result. Cash Converters is more hassle to deal with than it's worth.... Be aware.
