CASH CONVERTERS PENALISING CONSUMERS EVEN AFTER DEBT SETTLED!!!

So the NCA prescribes that when a debt is paid off, the adverse information must be removed within 7 days. How come then do we have these institutions who do not abide by the law. I had 2 accounts dated 2015, yes I slacked, however I paid them of on the 12th of March 2019. It was handed over to DMC attorney's who have already issued me with the paid up letters, which I have sent to Cash Converters, now their internal processes between EDC and Creditor has nothing to do with me, however now I am being penalised becasue I have to constantly follow up on the progress to close these 2 accounts on all the credit bureau's Based on the numerous reviews they receive about the same thing, i woud assusme they would have fixed this by now. I am highly irritated and believe that they are ruining peoples lives by keeping this adverse information on our profiles and then blaming load shedding for not doing their job. I am going to esclate this to the NCR because this really is such a bunch of *******. Danielle ********** 125
