Cash converters payday loans

I have a payday loan with them and because of the lockdown they decide to stop all their payday loans without even notify their customers or give them other options. Its a crucial time and i wanted to re-apply for a payday loan as my finances did not allow it yet to cancel my contract with them completely. Yet they stopped all their payday loans with a blink of an eye just thinking about themselves and not about the customers needing that money. Other finances can give their customers other options but they did not give a f*** about the customers they just left hanging. Their excuse is that they did not know if salaries are gonna be paid next month. I have a secured letter from my head office saying that salaries will be paid as normal next month. They will not see me again and I also urge other customers not to go to them for help as they will drop you without giving a f*** about you as their customer.
