Cash Converters Parow wants me to get out of my sick bed to pay the loan item

I called the store to let them know I was admitted to hospital and couldn't collect the item I had on loan until I was discharged, the person I spoke to,Chris, told me I could get anyone to make a payment towards the item at any time and just to ask for him, all this without even taking any of my details to check which item I was referring to. Worried that this was just another 1 of their maneuvers to get u off the fone quick I called again as I didn't have anyone to pay for the item, this time I'm told that they don't offer extensions for loans under any circumstances which i understood I wasn't in a position to go to store or get any1 to go there. I spoke to the manager Kobus, who cut me off and told me that my item was on the sales floor and he can't reserve items or offer any assistance, he continues to tell me that if he had to consider people's circumstances he might as well close his store. If u can't deal with people and have no customer service skills ur business might as well close because it's the same people u dont consider or ill treat that keeps ur place afloat so learn to be flexible.
