Cash converters online purchases cannot be trusted

Horrible experience with online purchase. Money taken, tax paid, then told the item is out of stock... After accepting the order... 3 business days wait for a refund AND the tax is not refunded. This is a ****!!! take orders, take money, say out of stock, keep tax. This is theft and I am considering opening a case at my local SAPS
