Cash converters Northgate

I had the worst experience and lack of assistance from management from cash converters Northgate. I sold my laptop along with a screen and keyboard the guy who was assisting me since my laptop had a Lil crack on the side but was working perfectly he said he can only offer R700 since they can only sell it not more than R1500 at the store and the other things he will buy for R300 I agreed he gave me the money I asked if that was all he said yes no paper work was given to me sign nothing so the next I went in to ask the procedure they follow when a person sells something and for them to check the system for my previous items sold to them the guy then directed me to the manager who then checked the system but could not find my laptop on the system he then called the guy that assisted me to ask where the laptop was the guy then rep**** and said I sold the laptop to him not the store which was a lie I told the manager the money which he paid me with came from the store till and he was negotiating for the store when speaking to me and if so why were the other items I sold not signed for if I was aware the manager said he will call me to come in when the guy comes to work they have never contacted me ever since yesterday I went by to ask why they still haven't called I was told the guy has not yet come in at work. This is a case of theft and ***** but they sweeping it under the carpet.
